Great leggings!! Thank God the store is still in Destiny Mal! So I could try on and get the ones I wanted and the correct size.. Staff was great too!!?

Went there school shopping with my teenage daughters. Only place we buy Jean's! Super accommodating friendly employees. Lots of options in so many sizes. Favorite store in the mall by far.

My Partner came in here to find new jeans. The staff was extremely helpful while we were there, and friendly to boot. The prices were reasonable and he is extremely pleased with the level of comfort in the two pairs he bought.

Best customer service! Angie was amazing and helped me find exactly what I went in there for. She went above and beyond! Will go back again and again!!! Store was in pristine condition!

As most AE stores I've been to, this place offers a wide selection of clothing that can also be found online, with the exception of their online-exclusives, of course. I've generally found few instances where an item was out of stock in my size, and the associates have always been either friendly enough to approach me for questions or were responsive when I've sought them out. If this review was helpful, please consider a thumbs up. It would be greatly-appreciated!

Amazing store with beyond friendly staff. Always very helpful in helping me find jeans because I never know what style or fit that I want to try on or that will look nice on me. They also have an amazing clearance section that is always full of good clothing for a decent price. Best jeans I have ever bought!

How can I give Angie a 100 Star review she is not only a great Associate but she is our friend when we enter that store at Destiny USA. We all wait to check out with her. She doesn’t rush us she takes the time to make sure we found everything. All the ladies are great. I would wait forever just to have Angie wait on us. Wtg Ladies all the crew on shift tonight 12/21/2024 at 7:00pm were the Bomb.

My husband and I went to American Eagle the other day for the first time in about 3 years It's usually not a store that we shop at. However while we are at destiny Mall we noticed Snoopy at the cash register. Being a huge fan of Snoopy it immediately drew me into the store. Once in the store I was greeted by multiple employees who were pleasant and very willing to help. One associate in particular Adrie, went out of her way to help me find some jeans that not only fit perfectly but were the exact height that I needed being that I'm on the shorter side. After trying on multiple pairs she continued to help me for over 20 minutes. After I found all the jeans that I wanted she then showed me multiple Snoopie's that I could purchase and or get for free if I spent $125. Not only that she went out of her way again to help me fill out and receive an American Eagle credit card. She made me feel so comfortable and there was no judgment in her eyes. She was a fantastic employee and more businesses should treat their customers the way I was treated that day. She also signed me up for the VIP club which was super nice. Later in the day I called to speak to the manager to tell her what an excellent job she did and I received her on the phone so I got to praise her directly I really hope she reads this as well. If you haven't been to American Eagle recently you really should just so you can have the same experience I did.This store doesn't deserve five stars, because of how I was treated they deserve 10 stars. Also I ended up with two Snoopie's.

Recently took my wife to the destiny mall. Our first stop was American eagle because they were displaying the American beagle Snoopy (lol) near their cash registers. All the store employees were thoughtful courteous and extremely pleasant. One employee in particularly Adrie went above and beyond in order to help my wife find some jeans and some sweatpants and oh Lord we spent a lot. She also helped my wife sign up for the American eagle credit card which she was approved for so that was nice. My wife has never experienced such an understanding and non-judgmental associate in her entire life at any retail store. She was very thoughtful and caring and my overall experience was 10 out of 10. My wife's overall experience was 20 out of 20. If you haven't been to American eagle recently I wholeheartedly suggest going to this location. Also my wife walked out of the store with not 1 but 2 plush Snoopy's and a snoopy bag! On a side note the woman at the cash register who actually checked us out was also super pleasant and had a nice Snoopy tattoo , her and my wife had a nice conversation about tattoos!

The manager, Aline, is fantastic! She made sure I left the store happy with the size I needed in specific pants. Awesome energy and handled my checkout extremely quick. It's a great moment to ask for the manager to compliment an employee, and the employee tells you they are actually the manager!
